UCF's enrollment is 44,000, making it the second largest university in the Southeast and the 15th largest in the country. Projected growth has UCF eclipsing the 48,000 mark by the year 2010.
UCF has earned 41 NCAA tournament berths in the past 10 years, including including seven during the 2003-04 school year. UCF finished in the top 25 percent of the NACDA Director's Cup Standings
in 2003-04.
